This autumn, the Valdese Business Association, decided to extend its concert series but in a slightly different direction. Thus, Friday Boogie Nights was born. The concept is the same: bring your lawn chair to the town parking lot on Friday evening for musical entertainment, but the format has changed to musical styles more suited for dancing. These concerts are sponsored by the Town of Valdese and the Valdese Business Association.
