VALDESE SURVEY

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE COMPLETING THE SURVEY.

The following survey is intended to help me gain a better understanding of how Valdese is perceived, used, and appreciated by the citizens, the former citizens, and any tourists who have visited. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will not be used for any marketing purposes (beyond using the total results to improve our Town.)

Completing all the questions is not required, but would be appreciated. If (or when) at least one hundred responses are received, we will give away a board game, "Valdeseopoly" which is a custom-made version of Monopoly using some of the places out of Valdese's past.

You must fill in your name and e-mail address in question 20 for your results to be counted. This is necessary first, to contact you if you are the winner of the Valdeseopoly game, and also to avoid getting duplicate submissions which would mess up the survey. Phone number is optional.

Thank you for your participation. The results will be made available in the future, when sufficient time has passed and enough responses have been received.
