Volunteerism is strong in Valdese and there are many organizations committed to making the town a better place to live and raise a family. Below are a few of the many non-profit organizations that help make our community such a special place.

Old Colony PlayersFounded to produce "From This Day Forward" now also puts on other theatrical shows.
Piedmont & Western Railroad ClubCreating a model railroad recreation of the foothills of North Carolina.

Valdese Merchants AssociationOrganization that strives to unite the efforts of local merchants towards mutual prosperity.
