Each year, on the first Saturday of December, Valdese holds its annual Christmas Parade. The parade is an opportunity to usher in the holidays while giving the citizens of Valdese and the surrounding area a chance to gather and celebrate the season.

The parade is a joint effort between the Town of Valdese and the Valdese Merchants Association.
